Julie is staying at the same small apartment house where all the starlets are. Mrs. Petree who runs the place, and her very creepy son Norman (ugh very very disturbing portrayal). Norman has a habit of walking into the starlets rooms and sniffing their stockings and other unmentionables! The TV Host who is a perv and cant keep his clammy paws off of the starlets, and the abusive actor wannabe Timmy who thinks he is a Brando/Dean all are suspect, but dont count out the other characters.
