Nanny Deb has a lot on her hands when she is at the Paul Family. The Paul Family consisting of an 8-year-old daughter, a set of 4-year-old triplets and parents Cindy and Tim. The children do not want to clean their room and the children yell, scream, and pull each others hair.

Nanny Deb visits The Sterneman Family. The Sterneman Family includes 10-year-old son Tyler and daughters Dana, 7, Lauren, 3, and arents John and Roxanne. John works a full-time job and Roxanne has trouble keeping the house in order.

Nanny Deb goes to the Finck Family. The Finck Family has six kids under the ages of Ten!

Nanny Stella is at the Cubbison Family. Amy, a California-born girl, and her once-dashing Englishman husband, Neil, have lost that spark after 15 years of marriage. Both have 3 kids that are inder the age of 7.

E11 - Dunleavy Family

Nanny Deb goes to The Dunleavy Family, it includes four rambunctious boys, a daughter with Down's syndrome. Also it has an overworked husband and a house under construction.

E12 - Amico Family

Nanny Deb head on to the Amico Family. The Amico Family has quadruplets - three girls and a boy! While David is busy running the family-owned pizzeria, Dawn has gone back to school to pursue a new career - leaving the Amico children fighting for their parents' attention.

E13 - McKelvain Family

Nanny Yvonne visits the McKelvain family. Stevi and John,parents of a 7-year-old daughter and three boys aged 6, 3 and 2. The kids are always kicking, screaming, shoving and wrestling each other.

Chris and Laura live in cramped quarters with their five mischievous children, three dogs, three cats, two rabbits and a hamster. Laura finds herself breaking up wrestling matches between her 7-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son, or banishing the 2-year-old to his room for dismantling another household appliance. Jim and Tammy seem like they live the picture-perfect life, both have two young boys, James (5) and Jacob (3). The boys of a fear of sleeping by themselves so they shack up with mom and dad every night. Nanny Stella is on her way.

Ann and Jim Silcock are in need of a vacation. The couple have 24 adopted sons, all with varying special needs, their time alone is few and far between. So then Ann & Jim go on a vacation for the first time. So then Head Nanny Lilian is sending all three nannies – a NANNY 911 first – to this very special family to help ensure that the Silcock boys mind their manners and their parents get some well-deserved rest.
