Mr Drysdale wants Jed to buy a yacht & join the Yacht club. Jethro sees Mr Drysdale's captains hat & goes out to find a something similar for Jed. He returns with an Admirals uniform.! The clampetts agree to meet Mr Drysdale & Miss Jane at the Dock but get lost & end up at a navy base. They see a Navy vessel & think it's a yacht. When Jed walks up the Gangway in his admirals uniform the sailors think it's a surprise inspection. After a 'test drive' Jed decides to pass on buying the 'boat'. Note: This is the first episode filmed and aired in color.

That Old Black Magic

Granny thinks Mrs Drysdale's astrology is Black Magic, Mrs Drysdale's horoscope says to make friends with the neighbours. Granny chases her away, but later goes to apologise & is shocked to find a Minah bird in the Drysdales house.! Granny thinks Mrs Drysdale's turned herself into a crow.!

The Sheik

After entering an oil deal with Jed and O.K. Oil, the Sheik befriends the Clampetts, giving Jed four of his dancing girls for wives and tries to get the beautiful Elly May as one of his wives. Jed tries to give the girls back, while Jethro tries to enjoy some of the Sheik's life, mainly the company of his beautiful dancing girls, after selling his cousin.

Jethro is a 'double nought' spy waiting for a call from 'M' so he can go on an adventure. Mr Drysdale gives him an office in the bank & Elly May is his secretary. After a visit from two other 'agents' Jethro thinks he's on his way. However the two 'agents' know Jethro's office is above the Bank's Vault & want to break in to it until the double nought spy foils their plan.!

Granny thinks Mrs.Drysdale is running against her for Possum Queen.Granny and the family put on a rip-snotin' campaign to elect Granny Possum Queen.Mr.Drysdale,in the meantime,is trying to get any city he can to hold a Possum Day parade.

Granny is wondering why her opponent Mrs Drysdale hasn't started her campaign for Possum Queen yet. When Mr Drysdale learns this he immediately starts campaigning for his wife without his wifes knowledge. Granny gets all fired up & the insults are hurled back and forth,When Mrs Drysdale finds out what's going on she goes home to her bed & stays there. Granny thinks she has been too mean to Mrs Drysdale so she pulls out of the race for Possum Queen.

Jethro has girl trouble—he can't get one! Jed and Granny decide throw a wing-ding where he and Elly Mae can meet nice young folks. The bank's Ms. Hathaway and Mr. Drysdale help in arranging the musical talent. They mention the Beatles, Byrds, Herman's Hermits, Freddie and the Dreamers and the Animals! There's a very funny extended discussion about the Beatles where Mr. Drysdale schemes a way to get them as depositors for his bank! Jethro and Ms. Hathaway go the Whisky-A-Go-Go and find the Enemys (featuring a very young Cory Wells—later of The Dog Night.) wailing on ""Mojo Woman"" and ""Oh Pretty Woman,"" and ""Turkey In The Straw."" The Enemys sound like the Yardbirds! Lengthy extended scenes featuring the Enemys and wild teens dancing the jerk, frug and boogaloo! Jethro ends up wearing a Beatle wig! There's also a groovy ""beat music"" square dance! Must see rock n roll TV!

Mrs. Drysdale's Father

Mrs Drysdale's father arrives & is a little short of cash. After hearing that Jed next-door is a millionaire he invites himself over for a game of poker. Mrs Drysdale's Father is winning until Granny sits in on the game & then she ends up with all the winnings. Mrs Drysdale's father then shoots some pool with Jed but he loses again.

Mr. Farquhar Stays On

Mrs. Drysdale's father, an aristocratic Bostonian, is coming to visit, and she's afraid that one glimpse of the unrefined Clampetts will send him back to Boston.

Granny asks Jethro to give her driving lessons. After the first lesson he quits & Mr Drysdale talks Jed into buying a trotter. The Clampetts just want the horse to take Granny to town when she wants to go,instead of waiting for Jethro to drive her. When a man arrives with the horse, he has the racing buggy with him. The Clampetts think it's a normal buggy without any sides or roof.

The Clampetts buy a horse for Mrs Drysdale named Lightning. Jed wants Mr Drysdale to ask his wife if she'll compete with Granny in a buggy race.

Elly-May is worried because she heard there was a Cat-Burglar on the loose. So she gathered up all her cats & took them inside the house. Later the Cat Burglar posing as a detective arrives at the Clampett's place pretending to secure it against burglars,but is really ""casing the joint."" Elly May sets some traps & catches the cat burglars assistant & Jethro catches Miss Jane. (Much to her delight !)

Things are going all right until the tide comes in & his ""pad"" starts floating.
